So in my ongoing quest to research all things social media and web 2.0 and determine what works in a B2B marketing world (LinkedIn) and what is just plain fun (Twitter) I have uncovered a new method for instant gratification called http://www.feedblitz.com/. I can now subscribe to ANY website, blog, or RSS feed and have updates sent to me via e-mail, and manage how and when those are sent, including key words, etc. It's kinda like Google News subscriptions only it can apply to any site. Pretty cool. I have a feeling this will be sucking up several hours of my time tonight as I play with it and get all of my subscriptions set up.
In the meantime, if you want to try it out you can subscribe to this blog and get e-mail notifications everytime I update, which as my family knows is about once a month if we're lucky!
