Long overdue

So this update is long overdue, but then what else is new, right? I'm trying to do a little "virtual housekeeping" and get all of our photos from Oct. and Nov. uploaded. So far I've been able to get Daniel and Olivia's birthday pictures up (see left). Also while Kathy was here she took some great photos of the kid's birthday, Wednesday night gymnastic's class, and Halloween.

I've still got a few Halloween photos, a handful of photos from Thanksgiving and some other random photos from Nov. I'll try and get these up before Christmas.

It's been a very good month for us, albeit a busy one. David started a new job, and my job is going really well. We feel very blessed considering the economy and news of people being laid off every day. The kids are totally in the Christmas spirit. We've already been to see the Christmas light display at Clearbrook Park, Hannah and I started our holiday baking and went to see the Nutcracker last weekend, we've managed to get the house pretty well-decorated, adding even more lights than last year (I know I'm crazy), and this weekend we are heading for our annual trip to see Santa. I love this time of year, it's my favorite holiday and such a joy to experience it with little kids. One of their favorite things is the Advent calendar. They love opening the drawer and getting a new little surprise each night.

Next week are the kids' various holiday plays/concerts. We'll surely have lots of photos and even some video from these. I'll try and take advantage of my time off work over the holiday to post most of this by the first week of January. Well, we'll see...
